Vegetable seeds contain a lot of oil, such as soybeans, sunflowers, peanuts, etc. are common oil crops. Most of the world’s production processes are hot pressing. Oilseeds are first squeezed in a screw press. The pressed oil contains a lot of solid components. In order to initially clarify the pressed oil, it is first separated by a decanter centrifuge. In order to meet the edible standard, the vegetable oil needs to be degummed and desoaped. After the reaction, the colloid and soap are separated by a 3-phase disc separator to obtain high-quality, high-purity oil.

Product description

Huading DHZYS series disc separator is designed for edible oil degumming, deacidification and washing process. The machine adopts one inlet pipe, two outlet pipes and one solid outlet discharge port. After the oil reaction, the reacted oil is fed into the separator and rotating in the separator bowl, the solid imprities, the soap and the pure oil form a two-layer separation interface. The solid is discharged through the discharge port in the middle of the separator, the soap and the oil are discharged through the outlet pipes on th upper part of the disc speparator. The whole separation process is continuous.
