Product description
HUADING SEPARATOR has developed the series decanter centrifuge for
chemical industry. This industry application has high requirement
to the machine material, such as corrosion resistance, high
hygienic standards,etc. High grade duplex stainless steel is
normally selected for the series decanter centrifuge. The decanter
centrifuge wear protection design ensures to have a long life
operation.
The decanter centrifuge utilize the principle of centrifugal and
sedimentation and can carry out continual separate the suspend
liquid with density difference. It can be used to clarify,
dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid phase
particles and thickness range at 0.5~50%.

Technical features
- All contact with the material are made of high quality stainless
steel, or duplex stainless steel.
- In order to ensure a high dryness cake, specially designed bowl and
spirals are pressed against the dewatered cake at the conical end
of the bowl in a high-pressure, two way manner to minimize the
moisture content of the cake
- The machine uses double motor double frequency conversion, and with
multi-stage planetary gear drive. The difference in speed between
the bowl and the screw can be automatically adjusted by the control
system in real time based on the characteristics of the raw
materials and the user’s requirements, ensuring consistency of the
high-dry mud cake, even in the case of changing raw materials. At
the same time unique DC bus-powered design, to ensure a strong
spiral torque, while greatly reducing power consumption. In
addition to include full hydraulic drive, including a variety of
drive options for the user to choose.
- A wide range of wear protection are available, including welded
hard facing or spray coating, ceramic port, zn carbide tiles,
chilled hard metal portcastings, etc. All wear protection elements,
except welded hard facings or spray coatings, are field
replaceable.
