Product description
Tea polyphenols as the active components extracted from tea have
many functions, applied in many fields, such as food industry,
cosmetic, medicine, etc. There are several extraction methods for
the tea polyphenols, the common methods are solvent extraction and
water extraction.
Huading separator and decanter has been widely applied in the tea
polyphenols extraction process. The decanter centrifuge and disc

- All the parts contact with the feed material are made by high grade
stainless steel, such as double duplex stainless steel
- The operation is control by PLC module, can release intelligent
automatic operation , continuous and automatic feeding and
discharging
- Two motor and two frequency inverter drive system, realize
differential speed of bowl and screw stepless regulation and energy
return
- The surface of screw and discharging port is hardened, such as hard
alloy and ceramic, better protection for the parts prone to wear
and tear, for a long service life
- Multiple safety protection: bowl speed and differential speed
detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat
protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque
protection and gas-tight explosion-proof protection.
