The decanter centrifuge is a kind of machinery that carries out
continuous separation of materials of density difference in
suspensions by using the centrifugal sedimentation principle.
The basic principle is: the bowl and feeding screw make high-speed
rotation with a certain differential speed between them, the
materials are injected continuously by the feed tube into the inner
cylinder of the spiral material pusher, and then enter the bowl
after acceleration. Under the action of centrifugal force field,
the heavier solids will deposit on the bowl walls and form residue
layers. The spiral material pusher will continuously push the
deposited solids to the taper end of the bowl and discharge them
out of the machine from the residue outlet after dehydration in the
drying area

stainless steel, such as double duplex stainless steel

automatic operation , continuous and automatic feeding and
discharging
- Two motor and two frequency inverter drive system, realize
differential speed of bowl and screw stepless regulation and energy
return
- The surface of screw and discharging port is hardened, such as hard
alloy and ceramic, better protection for the parts prone to wear
and tear, for a long service life
- Multiple safety protection: bowl speed and differential speed
detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat
protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque
protection and gas-tight explosion-proof protection
