--The feed enters the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is
accelerated smoothly by an inlet distributor.
The centrifugal force that results from the rotation then causes
sedmentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl.
--Separation takes place in a horizontal cylindricalbowl equipped
with a screw conveyor.
--The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but
slightly slower(faster), thus moving the solids towards the concial
end of the bowl.
The cake leaves the bowl through the solids discharge openings into
casting.
--The separation process runs through the bowl entire cylindrical
section, clarified liquid is separated by adjustable overflow
plate.
Design features
Material: All parts contact with product are made of high quality stainless
steel.
Bowl body all centrifugal casting to ensure the durability and
reliability of the equipment.
Bowl and Screw: In order to ensure a high dryness cake, specially designed bowl
and spirals are
pressed against the dewatered cake at the concial end of the bowl
in a high-pressure,
two-way mannar to mininize the moisture of the cake.
Drive system
The machine uses double motor double frequency conversion, 
and with multi-stage planetary gear drive. The difference in
speed between the bowl and the screw can be automatically
adjusted by the control system in real time based on the
characteristics of the raw material and the user's requirements.
At the same time unique DC bus-powered design, to ensure a
strong spiral torque, while greatly reducing power consumption.
In addition to include full hydraulic drive, including a variety of
drive options for the user to chosse.
Lubrication system
In addition to the traditional manual grease lubrication,
optional automatic grease lubrication(or thin oil lubrication)
to maximize the main bowl bearing and screw bearing for
real-time lubrication, significantly improve the bearing,
and then even the whole machine durability and reliability.
Control system
The system adopts SIEMENS PLC + HMI by default,
fully integrating the key points including speed,
differential, current, torque, vibration and so on.
Wear protection
A wide range of wear protection are available, including welded
hard facing or spray coating,
ceramic port, Zn carbide tiles, chilled hard mental portcastings,
etc. all wear protection elements,
except welded hard facings or spray coatings, are field
replaceable.
